Horse dog!

Carter spotted this animal, when walking to get ice cream with his sitter, Genixa.

When he saw this beast, he said, "Horse! Neigh!!"

And then, he got closer, and saw the beast's face and said, "Oh. Dog."

His 1st impression was probably more accurate.
