Grady at 10 Months

Grady turned 10 months on... March 1!  It was funny that his month birthday skipped February.  Grady has been busy.  Here are a few notes.

  • Grady is still the happiest little boy on the planet.  He smiles when he is happy.  He smiles when he wants to cry.  It is infectious!
  • Grady is all over the place, especially at the backs of our legs.  He is also getting more into walking/push toys.  Occasionally he tries to take some steps and just goes down.  He isn't there yet.  It is like he forgets that though :)
  • Warning:  Grady can climb steps.  Fast.  Seriously.  Don't blink.
  • Grady's eating is up and down.  We are moving on to mostly finger foods, and he has a love/hate relationship with them.  Some things he has loved (and refused days later, and loved again days later) include cheese, meatballs, banana, watermelon, grapes, pasta, macaroni and cheese, scrambled eggs, breakfast bars, cereal (always a winner), bread, pizza.  I'm sure I'm missing some.
  • Grady says "Da Da" a lot.  I miss when he only used to say Mama.  hehe.
  • Grady enjoys playing ball.  Dylan is a good buddy to play with.
  • Grady can be very independent when playing.  His favorite toys at daycare are shakers and other noisy things.  At home, he goes for tools and anything that Carter is playing with.
  • Grady does some really cute and well-timed babble.  He and Carter have conversations on the way to school.  And he yells when he is mad.  Then smiles.
  • One of the things he still does is snuggle pillows.  It is so cute and he knows it and now seems to do it for the reaction he gets.
  • Grady has both top front teeth!

I could go on forever.  He is growing so fast.

Loving the swings:
